Wayne Manor is the home of Bruce Wayne, alter ego to Batman. The Manor is accesible by taking the elevator on the opposite side of the lift that takes you from the hero mission room to the Batcave. It is the Hero Trophy Room, and taking the door in between 'The Riddler's Revenge' and 'Power-Crazed Penguin' will lead you to the secret level. In the DS version, there are a lot of studs to collect when using Batman and Robin.
