I Cannot figure out what "Extra Toggle" does in this game. I know that in previous LEGO games it activated additional characters, but i currently have it enabled on this game and it doesnt seem to have changed anything(ie: no extra characters.)(Also, if it matters, I'm playing the PSP version)
