Harley Quinn is one of Batman's enemies and the Joker's sidekick. She was once Dr. Harleen Quinzell, a psychiatrist before she fell in love with the Joker, losing her job and her sanity. In Lego Batman: The Video Game, Harley Quinn has the ability to walk a tightrope, perform super jumps, (Not in DS version) and bypass security for all levels with guards in security booths. She is armed with a pistol and her trademark giant mallet.She is first shown kidnapping Commisioner Gordon with the Joker's help but is defeated by Batman and Robin.Later in the game she is freed by the Joker in a giant robot.She then accompanies him to the Gotham Cathederal where the Joker plans to blow it up and spread his laughing gas all over Gotham.Suddenly,the Dynamic Duo arrive at the scene.The Joker deploys his helicopter to stop them,but it is defeated by water guns.He then attacks the Dynamic Duo and captures them.Cleverly,Batman throws his Batarang at the bells which scares some bats causing them to swarm down towards Harley and the Joker,frightening them.She is then apprehended along with the Joker and sent to Arkham Asylum.

She was last seen at her cell in Arkham, Staring at Pictures of the Joker.
