Dr. Hugo Strange

Dr. Hugo Strange is one of Batman's enemies. He appears on the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Batman. He carrries a pistol and can use grappling hooks. He can be unlocked by finding him in Villain Hunt and then purchase him for 300,000 studs. His first apperance was in 1976 in the batman comics. Named The Insane Doctor Of Gotham City
